Euromed Healthcare Group has a range of capabilities to provide advice and hands-on support.
The nature of consultancy services at any time can vary but some distinct types have emerged. For example we can categorise by products types of a client’s business – as in the supply of clinical diagnostics equipment (for IVD) or high volume hospital consumables (surgical gloves, syringes, catheters) – where technical and marketing skills are required. Our clients are involved both public & private healthcare systems – and our professional skills covers both sectors.
Euromed Healthcare Group engages with industry and market experts to provide consultancy advice to enable client businesses to develop and grow their business. We can offer new perspective to stand back, and look-outside-of-the-box.
Consultants with executive level experience of working in internationally can directly assist to develop the relationship between key suppliers and stakeholders. We seek new opportunities for both sales and market development.
Clients in Healthcare operate in business regulated by requirements for state authorisation, product registration, tendering procedures. Our professional requirements for compliance provide a useful base to become involved with international manufacturers in diligence for anti-corruption and bribery checks. The probity of arrangements from the UK are particularly valued.

Euromed Healthcare Group was established as a specialist subsidiary of a firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Management Consultants to focus on clients in the Medical and Healthcare business sectors. Within these our clients cover a range from high-end clinical diagnostic equipment to hospital consumables – but not pharmaceuticals.
We provide consultancy and business management services to international clients alongside assistance with product procurement and supply chain management. We undertake management of specific projects and start-up ventures in a “nursery entity” which might proceed to operate in their own right.
Beyond our advisory and support services, Euromed Healthcare has leveraged its extensive experience and relationships in the healthcare sector to engage directly in the procurement process and supply chain.
We are now actively involved in the distribution of medical equipment and healthcare consumables. Our role includes ensuring reliable supply channels to our customers, even in markets operating under challenging conditions.
This expansion underscores our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions across the healthcare industry.
Euromed Healthcare Group is based in Greater Manchester as a company incorporated, managed, and owned in the UK. The ultimate owners of the company have been operating in Central and Eastern Europe for over 30 years.
We are currently working with a number of UK based companies and have projects in the EU (Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; Germany & Slovakia) and in Ukraine together with assignments in China, Thailand and Singapore.
The locations we serve relate to client activities. For example:
Clients in the Baltic States and Ukraine operate in countries with the World’s highest levels of gastric, breast and infant cancers (following the 1986 Chernobyl disaster). Our work with major international manufacturers provided access to solutions from advanced clinical diagnostic equipment.
This lead to develop a logistics hub in Vilnius, Lithuania for one. For another this progressed to develop throughout the Baltic States and the recruitment of clinical and management expertise. As an example of our core skills we have set up local companies and registered UK companies in Lithuania as a EU location for post-Brexit operations.
We work with a number of manufacturers including leading brand suppliers from across Europe (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Slovakia, Switzerland), Asia (China, Japan, Thailand and Singapore) and the United States.

A distinctive feature of the Medical and Healthcare business sectors is that manufacturers must adhere to a much fuller range of international regulation. Strict standards must be maintained for high levels of quality for their product and to monitor location and shelf life across the distribution of their product.
Manufacturers are increasingly held responsible for the behaviour of any related parties within the distribution chain.
Most markets include sales to state healthcare organisations and might feature tendering processes. Consequently they are also subject to a larger range of international regulations.
The most invasive of these obligations are provided under anti-corruption law, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (USA), Bribery Act (UK) and European Anti-Corruption Directives.
Euromed Healthcare Group regularly participates in far-reaching due diligence exercises undertaken by manufactures and by their distributors to satisfy normal requirements under anti-money laundering regulations and standard know-your-customer requirements.
Additionally, Manufacturers also have legal obligations to ensure that products are distributed within the correct regions, according to both distributing agreements and State registrations.
Individuals within Euromed Healthcare Group are also regulated by their Professional Accreditations and Governing Bodies (including ICAEW, CMI and HM Revenue & Customs) under Money Laundering Regulations.
Euromed Healthcare Group understands its responsibilities to conform within UK sanctions and related restrictions and to those also put in place by EU and US authorities.
This emanates from the directors being personally regulated through professional and statutory requirements of MLR 2006-20 for Anti-Money Laundering, measures against Terrorist Financing and International Sanctions adopted by the UK. For the latter we are registered with the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) of H M Treasury as the authority for the implementation of financial sanctions in the UK.
Given the evolving state of sanctions and related restrictions put in place in support of Ukraine we are aware of the increasing sensitivity of our business within the region.
We understand that concerns arise from the rapidly changing situation on sanctions that are being applied in support of Ukraine. We regularly monitor updates to UK, EU and US sanctions lists and announcements of related restrictions to ensure that our business continues to operate within the guidance.
We continue to monitor the events unfolding in Ukraine and have considered what further assistance the company might be able to offer to help both its partners in the region and to those affected by the war.
This has included the purchase of first-aid kits, disinfectants and defibrillators for supply to humanitarian relief efforts being organised from Poland; and similar charitable donations being made by both the company and its partners.
Over the past months we have been working with our customers in the region to help their businesses secure re-supply of medical equipment as they respond to the healthcare needs of Ukraine’s response to the war.
Euromed Healthcare Group does not have any business with any of the named individuals or entities listed within UK, EU or US Sanctions. Euromed Healthcare Group does not supply goods to or for use by any of the targeted entities; or for use within any of the targeted regions – this includes the regions of The Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR),
Sevastopol, Kherson, Zaporizka or Russia.
The medical imaging and diagnostics equipment, testing reagents and healthcare consumables distributed by Euromed Healthcare Group do not require any special licence for distribution; and do not feature within the scope of the UK financial or trade sanctions.
We understand that the products distributed by Euromed Healthcare Group are not considered by their manufacturers as capable of dual-use and are not subject to sanction. We regularly check UK and EU strategic export control lists and have no information, reason or knowledge to believe that the goods will be used in whole or part for military purposes or to support persons or organisations prohibited under the regulations.
